I want to speak fast fluent american accent English like dwayne Johnson?

English is my second language.. and i have simple speaking ability but i can use good words while speaking but my speed is not that fast.. also i want to american accent .. any help?

Just a tip,
if you want to speak like "the rock" does it watch some of his movies in english and use subtitles. In these interviews he might speak a little to fast.
