I want to show my manager that I followed up a case countinally

is it ok this sentence:
" from the beginning of this week I am following up this case continually"

When I was a manager, I was interested in the quality of the follow-up rather than its continuity. In any case, you're talking about the time past, from the beginning of the week until now, so use the past progressive: I have been diligently following up on this case all week (or from the beginning of the week)
