I want to send follow-up email to client.. Can someone help?

I am following up on my previous email (dated July 19) in order to see if you have any dates available next week to schedule a conference call to discuss your concern. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

It's OK (I made a small change), but you tend to use more words than necessary (the grey highlighted words are not necessary, for example.)

Also, "thanks" is quite informal, but the rest of your letter is rather formal.
