I want to put this in a script

Is there anything that I should tweak that doesn't seem like a person from Canada would say, because the character is a English Canadian and I don't want for it to sound odd.

Doesn't "The conditions are all there for him to do so. " seem odd? How would you put that?

I'm scared he might want to commit suicide. The conditions are all there for him to do so. He lost hs daughter, his job, he has no one to live for. I'd say that reason enough to want to commit suicide. I personally not one to do something so coward but I could see why he'd want to.

Regards
