I want to make friend with all people in the world

Hi every one.
My full name is Hà Qu?c Lu?n, I am a student from Viet Nam.
I want to make friend with all people in the world!
It is very interesting: I can know more about the land which i don't know before. I can share all of thing about my country, my life: my parent, my friend, my hobbies.
And mor...
Now, my English is not very good, but no problem, i alway want to improve it.
I am a VietNamese, sometime i go to english chat room (yahoo) to find friend who can talk with me by English, but i see BOT only, it very terrible. I post this topic hope that can found people who can talk with me. I belive we will very interesting
