i want to know the sence of English word order

I understand English language deeply except adjective clause.

Of course I know the function and use of it very well. therefore,

I eagar to know the image(meaning) building process in sentence including adjective clause(relative proun clause, -ing, -ed, etc)

Adjectiv must be located before noun in our lanugage. But English adjective clause is located after noun.

I always have tried understand it directly as soon as I read English sentence inculding adjective clause.

But I have failed to do it. To understand the sentecne, I have to translate it in my languge.

I have studied how i understand it dieectly for 10month with my all energy. But I am now tried.

Please, help me. Teach me How English native speaker understand it.

Please read the sentence below and write what happens in your brean.

I don't think that native speakers are conscious of what happens in their brains while reading. I do know that we read in word 'chunks' or word groups, so that something like the girl with carries no isolated meaning for me. It is merely a sentence fragment.
