I get up everyday at seven O' clock - Simple present, used in habitual and reoccuring contexts.

I went to Mary's birthday party yesterday - Simple past (sometimes denoted with time marker, but not always)

I have seen that movie three times already- Present perfect tense, used in situations where an event took place in the past and continues to the present. i.e. I have worked for the same company for 3 years.
