I WANT TO EARLY JOINING DATE FROM NEW EMPLOYER ,how to ask for new early joining date.

Im Mohit and I have Doing the the job my current organization from last 3 years.
I attended interview on Aug 20 and i got selected.
I received offer letter with joining date 28 Nov 2018.
but my current company early relieve me .so i want to join early.
Kindly let me know how to ask New company HR for early joining date.
