I want to be less picky about food

Could you tell me other expressions for the feeling, "I want to be less picky about food."? Actually, what I really want to say is something like, "I want to be a person who hates less kinds of food.", but I feel it sounds rather awkward. Can anyone give me some alternatives?

Thank you so much, CalifJim.

Actually, what I really want to say is something like, "I want to lessen the kinds of food I don't like.", but it sounds clunky to me no matter what expression I may use . Could anybody give me some natural-sounding expressions for that?
