In Vietnam, land is one of problems is being cocerned. During the last three decades, the agricultural policies, especially land policy, have been renovated and we have been able to exploit this resource and develop the potential for agriculture in Vietnam. However, there may be no sustainable development in the agriculture sector. (The main causes for this situation are the slow process of land accumulation and concentration). Therefore, i want learn more from researchs, and administrators about land inssues in the Mekong region as: How to improve farmers' perceptions of agricultural land use changes, policys congrate use land effectively, effective land use policies, find out binding element between businesses and farmers to ensure security when leasing land,…

Besides, i truly want meaning work to do for community, specially people in rural and moutainous areas. This is people group i have met when i participated project in HoaBinh province. They are agricultural labor, and have experiment in poduction process with flapship products are orange and sugar cane. However they have poorly-educated public, limited land policies access…it lead to the slow process of land accumulation and concentration. As a reason, businesses restrictive invest in agriculture compared to the potential of Hoa Binh province.

Organization and teaching summer school are significant work of organizing board and visiting lecturer contribute to solving this problem . I am a novice researcher, therefore i want to do a significant work at smaller level which suitable with my abilities. That is contribute my professional knowledge with collaborative attitude. From there proposed solution assistance cooperative in region, promote role participate and equal approach to resources for small households and ethnic minorities, attracting businesses to invest in agriculture and rural economic.

Lastly, i want to have foster more meaningful relationships in the field. I can glean greater insight from program and acquire a growing sense of the type of researcher.
