What famous places would you like to visit? Use details and reasons to support your response.

There are many interesting places all over the world that many of us like to visit at least once. However it's impossible to visit all of them and each of us has some special reasons to visit some of these places. I would like to name two places that I like to visit most and give my special reasons to make this decision.
First of all, the Eifel tower has some special meanings for me; in my opinion this tower is a symbol of begining a new era. It has two main factors; it's made up of steel, and, it's one of the earliest attemps to capture the sky using tall buildings in modern era. From another pint of view, it's location is special too. It's located in Paris which is one of the ancient cities in the middle of of the oldest continents of the world, Europ. So Eifel tower is a symbol of transition from past to modernity and this is the main reason that I prefer to visit this tower before any other famous place.
The second place that I think must be visited, is Savana in Africa. I have another special reason to make this decision. As human beings we are changing the world from the time we started to live on the earth, and, our effects on the earth has dramatically increased from beginning of modern era. In contrast to this, Savanas are among rare places that highly remain as they were before advent of mankind. So to have a better idea on our effect on the earth I like to visit almost untouched savana in the middle of Africa, the most ancient continent of the earth.
As I mentioned earlier, I like to visit two famouse places on the earth: Eifle tower and Savana. One for being the symbol of modernity and the other for its wilderness and being the least touched by human.
