I want it to be profecional

The first criticism was about the temperature of a chicken that was in the cooler. The temperature was 64.f which was because a day before we were having probles with the cooler, then right away we found out we called the airpro company to come fix it, but they could not make it till the next day due to a busy day. Because of what happened i now personally inspected every day that the temperatures are corect the same as the dates i make sure everything is marked with the corect dates.

Another criticism was about the spray bottles of cleaning. Now they are clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Now the cookers know very clearly that every time they use a chemical bottle they have to put it back in the appropriate place and not just the chemical bottles also everything else in the restaurant where it belongs. The same as the handwashing with cold water. They clearly know they have to use warm water and all the steps they have to do to wash their hands.

About the raw food i personally assure everyday that the raw foods shall be stored below ready to eat foods to prevent food contamination.

Finally i now try everything possible to keep things going better every day, i apologize for the inconvenience.
