I usually have to walk long to home from the bus stop

Are these two sentences natural?

I usually have to walk long to home from the bus stop. It was scary at times because if I get back home too late, I will have to walk in complete dark.

Not bad, but you need to change a few things. I usually have to walk a long way home from the bus stop. It's scary at times because if I get to the bus stop too late, I have to walk home in complete darkness.
