I use acrylics/acrylic paint(s)

Any painters out there who could tell me which of the three options would be correct/more likely?

So is it oil paintings?

No, I use acrylics / I use acrylic paint / I use acrylic paints.

anonymous Any painters out there who could tell me which of the three options would be correct/more likely? I guess there aren't any painters out here. I'm no painter, but I can tell you that acrylic paint is a common-enough thing even among us non-painters.

In the US you might hear, between artists and art aficionados, the following:

A: "I like this painting. Is it an oil?"

B: "No, it's acrylic."
