I think its sun/heat.

I turn polar bears white - polar bears have transparent fur and black skin, the sun just gives us the impression they are white.
and I will make you cry - if you look at the sun/heat, your eyes start to water
I make guys have to pee - i dont know about this one.
and girls comb there hair -humidity can make some girls' hair frizz
I make celebrities look stupid - most celebrities already look stupid, the sun just lightens it
and normal people look like celebrities - tans
I turn pancakes brown - heat baking the pancakes
and make your champagne bubble - if put on heat long enough, any liquid can bubble
If you squeeze me, I'll pop - i dont know about this one...
If you look at me, you'll pop - the sun can blind you, and some say when you go blind, your eyes kind of go 'pop!'.

The answer is "No"

Because nothing makes sense. Also nothing meets the requirements above. People say it's pressure,but how does that turn bears white or make pancakes brown.
