I tried to turn passive sentences into active sentences. Do I have it right? If I have mistakes, I'd appreciate it if you could fix them

No. I think you misunderstand what active and passive are. And you do not consistently use full sentences. The first example is incomplete.

You have only substituted synonyms for the words in the original versions, and that has nothing to do with active and passive
