Are you fear to take medicine? Is it bitter? I took the medicine for you but you kept pull it away.

Pull it away? What's the another way to say to block the medicine with his hands?

However the last sentence is confusing.

This sounds as if you swallowed the medicine instead of making the patient swallow it. You can't take medicine for someone else!
