I-to-i TEFL course final assignment

I ran out of time to complete my TEFL lesson plan and final essay, as it coincided with my university exams. I will be extending the course but I'd like to complete these assignments before I reactivate the course, just in case I need to resubmit. The only issue is my computer wiped and the document I saved the options on which to do the lesson plans (class size, age, nationality etc) has disappeared...

Is anyone able to let me know the two options?

I remember there was one with a group of maybe 10 children and another of adults?
