I thought you would come, I thought you were coming....

Hello to everyone!!!

My concern is what is the grammar rule that applies to this sentences:
Reported?..subjunctive?

I thought you would come...
I thought you were coming...

I didn't know you would come..
I didn't you were coming...
I did not know we did not have class next monday...
