'I think' with commas

I have seen the sentences and would like to know if either of them is wrong or there is a meaning and usage difference between them?

I know a man I think who is honest.

I know a man ,I think, who is honest.

I might have asked the same or similar question before but I failed to find it, so I am asking again. Could you help me out?

Thank you so much as usual!

The first one doesn't seem like a good sentence to me. Probably I would understand it as a mispunctuated attempt at the second sentence.

I know a man who, I think, is honest. This makes more sense to me than the others.

Thank you so much and then how about this?

I know a man who I think is honest.

I can see it without commas often and then is there a meaning difference between them?
