I think to verb

Hello, teachers!
Please help me with this.

1. I'm thinking [of going, to go] to see a movie tonight.
Q1. I think, even though uncommon, the use of 'to buy' is acceptable. Am I right?

2. I think to go to see a movie tonight.
Q2. How about this? Is this also acceptable?

Thank you very much.
Best Regards.

I don't think it's possible to use "to" after "think"; it's either "of" or "about". As "of" is a preposition, you want the verb in the -ing form after it. ) into: "I'm thinking of going to the cinema tonight"

Jandi,

I'm thinking about (maybe) going to a movie tonight.
I think I'll go to a movie tonight.
Maybe I'll go to a movie tonight.

But not: [I'm thinking / I think] to go to a movie tonight.

Hello

I think we can use this way;

He didn't think to find her in the kitchen
She didn't think to harm me
We thought to return early that night
