Of the four examples you gave, the first three are absolutely wrong. The last one, "I will think about buying it." will work to get your sentiment across, but even that is somewhat incorrect/awkward, because you have "will think" as a future tense, with "buying" in present continuous tense. I would suggest: "I will consider whether to buy it."
