I think they're all right

Woman: You should apologize to them.

Man: ...For calling them snobs?

Woman: Yes!

Man: (said in a sarcastic tone) I think they're all right.


Hi, teachers. Would "I think they're all right" be natural here to say "Relax, I think they have survived me calling them snobs"?

If I want it to sound sarcastic, would "all right" be a better choice than eg. "okay", "fine" and "good"?

Not for me. I thought he meant that he didn't think they were snobs, in other words, they are all right with him.
