I think the characters of his daughters are good.

Dear all,

The other day I heard a person say, "I think the characters of his daughters are good." Here that person is mentioning about his boss's two daughters. Could you please tell me whether this sentence is correct? If incorrect, please tell me how to express this idea naturally?

It can be correct and still be awkward or not natural. You see that all the time, as in this case. I do it. We all do. I would have put it "His daughters are of go

This is not actually incorrect, but for me a more natural way of expressing it is "I think (that) his daughters have good characters".
