I think I need to get up for a while and straighten my back.

Hi

Do you find these sentences natural, especially the yellow part?

[Man after five consecutive hours at his laptop]

I think I need to get up for a while and straighten my back.

I think I need to get up for a while and relax my back.

Thanks,

Tom
