I think he said..

which one is correct?

I think he (has) said that he will come on the 7th of october(next week)?
I think he said that he would come on the 7th of october(next week)?

or

I think he said he comes next week?

I think he said (that) he will come / is coming next week / on October 7. "the 7th of October" would be common in speech (in the UK, anyway), but written down it looks a bit laborious.

I think he said (that) he will come / is coming next week / on October 7.

"the 7th of October" would be common in speech (in the UK, anyway), but written down it looks a bit laborious.
