would you please check (and, possibly, correct) the following statement?
I, the undersigned, as the Administrator of the XXXXX, attest 1) that YYYY has paid the full registration fee for the XXXXX, and 2) that this fee is mandatory for having the accepted papers published.

Is it clear that the papers would't have been published if i had not paid the fee?-- Yes
Should I put the name and surname of the "Undersigned"?-- Unnecessary, but be sure you type your full name beneath your signature at the bottom of the note.
