I straddle in these two options, as I've mentioned. The ball's really in your court now.

Hi,

I straddle in these two options, as I've mentioned. The ball's really in your court now.

Do you think "straddle" is a suitable word to use here? Is it a commonly used word in everyday English?

Thanks.

I hear 'straddle' from time to time; I don't use it often. You can use it there without a problem. But note that you 'straddle the options', not 'straddle in them'.
