Would you say all of these are natural utterances? 

I so wanted to see you.
I very much wanted to see you.
I quite wanted to see you.

I very much liked it.
I quite liked it.
I so liked it.

"I quite wanted to see you" doesn't seem very likely. I probably wouldn't say "I so liked it", but I can imagine some people might. The others all seem natural.
