I should never have said that.

1) I never should have said that.

2) I should never have said that.

3) I should have never said that.

I am still confused that people gave me different opinions so I would like to ask you again. So do you think all of them are possible and they mean the same or is there a meaning difference between them?

Thank you so much as usual and have a good day.
