Ayon Khan If I should own something (clothes/ pen) can I say "I should have it" That's a strange thing to say in English, but there's nothing wrong with the grammar. We usually say I would like to have clothes like that or I would like to have that pen or I would like to buy that pen . Ayon Khan He should have/ has it Here you do not have a choice between 'have' and 'has'.
