Hi teachers!
As far as I know, modal verb 'should' is used when someone like a teacher or a doctor gives some advice.
What I am wondering now is if I can say 'I should not work hard and take a rest and take 2 pills a say' when a doctor advised me to take a rest and pills.
Many thanks in advance.

Michelle Chaand take a rest
This is possible but a little wordy. Many people would just say rest.
