I search a letter friend

Hello guys,
I want to improve my English in writing, listening and speaking. The problem is that I haven’t any friends who can speak English with me.
I would like a friend who can I write and speak in English with him.
I can you teach in German and you teach me in English.
I don’t know how can I improve my English alone at home.
I’m look forward to hearing from you
