Could you correct please? It doesn't seem natural; What does it mean compared to 5 star?
During the owners presence, the couple with fully participate in the efficient service compared to a 5-star hotel including car maintenance, driving, kitchen-aid, table-service, room cleaning.

However "a 5-star hotel" means a hotel that is very, very nice with a lot of services for their guests. I have never heard of one that fixes
