Strange-speaking trapper from the video game Hunted The Demon's Forge:
I's a trapper. Emptying a trap one day - near the old ruins a' Kala Moor, when I saw me a pack a' Minotaur. They din't see me.

What does "see me a pack" mean? Is it just a slang version of "I saw a pack of..."?

Dark Furya slang version of "I saw a pack of..."?
Yes. The "dative of interest" me is used by some speakers very informally with a number of verbs. (I bought me a new car.) see me a pack of is quite unusual, but it's in the same general category of expressions.
