To my mind, this would indicate the word is to be emphasized and therefore followed by a brief pause. You could get a similar effect by using bold or even by underlining the word will. But these methods are straying outside the realm of punctuation! There are also a few options for the use of commas later in the sentence, but you didn't ask about those.
