I said, angrily or I said angrily.

I have a few examples which I was hoping someone could help with.

'Don't say things like that,' I said angrily, pointing at her face.'

Should a comma be after 'I said'?

'So it's settled then,' William said, excitedly.

Likewise with the above, is it correct to have a comma here?

UNLESS:

"This is unacceptable," I said, angrily.

If you pause after you say said, then use a comma.

Yeah, I am trying to emphasize a pause, so that makes sense.
