I revised it for a letter. Would you check it for me? Is this better?

and grammatically correct?

My name is Nhan Dinh. I'm a Special Projects Coordinator for the City of Dorvill. I have some questions about the Impact Fee and would appreciate your help.

We, the City, are in the process of adopting the Impact Fee Ordinance, and would like to know if the Impact Fee at Forsyth County is handled by a special Impact Fee Administrator or just someone else on staff? And, if you have such a position, what is the job description for an Impact Fee Administrator?

Thank you for your help and I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi again, My name is Nhan Dinh. <<<< Usually in business, you just put your name and title at the bottom of the letter, with your signature. If it's an email, I guess you could say it this way.
