I remember his being bald(VS ~ him to bald)

1. I remember his being bald.
2. I remember him to bald.

Q) Does #2 sound alright?
If so, is there any difference between #1 and 2?

I would say I rememer him as bald . #1 is ok, but #2 is not correct.

Q) Don't #3 and 4 make sense? If so, can I say "I remember him to be bald"?. If yes, what's the difference between #1 and #2?
