Hi

Could you please tell me if the following sentences (for a formal letter) sound natural?

I received your email as "junk mail" and the attachments are not working.

Your emails came as "junk mail" and the attachments are not opening.

I received your email in the junk box and the attachments do not open.

Thanks,

Tom

I would recommend against your third example. I don't think "in the junk box" is common. Also, re your first example, I think "are not working" is too vague.
