I really need your help places check this out

How's everybody doing ?

I really want to improve my speech english, fortunately, I've a roommate he is an native english speaker and I spend some time with him every day, but unfortunately my english is poor and when I try to speak english I messed up and I don't now what word comes first so i need you guys give me some advise to improve my speech and as well as grammar, because I think my problems now are grammar and speaking. I'm a good listener and reader. Please if there is mistake on my question as grammatically correct me if you mind
