I really need help with my narrative essay and how to star the body

Six years ago I started an excellent job “at least I thought,” working for a company I thought would help me get use to working with people and communicating. I was an assistant manager for one of the world famous restaurant “McDonalds.” As an assistant manager, I had many responsibilities. My responsibilities were customer service, quality of the food, and the cleanliness of the store. Since I chose to do things the way they were supposed to be done, not many people agreed with the way I did things. Most of my crew members and the majority of the managers enjoyed having me around, yet there were others that didn’t seem too fond with me. Others wanted to fight and argue and tried they best to get me fired. In particular the guy that hired me, I really thought he would at least be the one to be our role model and help keep the restaurant together, considering the fact he was the store manager, but that wasn’t the case either. Due to his actions as the assistant manager everybody was counting on me to step up and handle the problem. He was one of those bosses who thought since he had the upper hand he was going to try to fit in with the people who thought they were too good to work at a fast food restaurant, yet it made it hard for the people who did enjoy working and did their job. That led to fights, hatred and bad customer service. For me this job wasn’t my idea of being in a happy place at all because all it brought was stress and aggravation to my life.
