I really need help for my MOTIVATION letter for applying university

I am from Indonesia.
I really need help to begin with my MOTIVATION LETTER.
This letter is really required, and I will also have a chance to get a scholarship based on this motivation letter.
Please help me.

The university ask me to write about this (I'm applying to The Hague University, Den Haag, Holland):
1. Why I choose to study in Holland.
2. Why Den Haag.
3. Why I choose this major (International Business and Management Studies).
4. What future job/career I pursue.
5. Why I am deserved to be given a scholarship.

PLEASE help me..

This is my qualification, but I really dont know how to make this into motivation letter.
Is there any additional information that I should put on a motivation letter?

- I will be graduated from high school in June 2008.
- I have a 7.5 IELTS
- I am interested in Business Major because I look business as a major which can be accepted in any kind of job field.
- I choose Holland because it is quite well known for Business, have a good environment for study, and affordable cost.
- I choose Den Haag because the university is well known, and the city is nice for study.
- I want a career in a bank, or any other international company.
- I am deserved to get the scholarship ( in my opinion)
because I am qualified, have a great motivation to study, good personality and confidence, and I am willing to study hard.

Once again, please help me with my motivation letter.
