The maps show the library five years ago and now

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparison where relevant.

The two maps show how the library changes over 5- year period.

Overall, the library is modernized with more equipment over the period given. In addition, the space which used to be for study tables is now for private study spaces and the library office is replaced for conference room.

Looking at the central part, the entrance still remains. Similarly, the bookshelves in front of it experience no change and replacement. However, study tables which had taken up a large area now is converted into private study spaces.

There are also many significant changes on the left and right hand. Classrooms which are on the left are destructed to make room for recording studio while meeting room is still intact. Book borrowing and returns now are separated into two parts and there is an additional part called help desk. On the right, desk with computers and bookshelves which was next to the entrance 5 years ago now are both replaced by desk for student laptops. Beside, library office is demolished, followed by the construction of conference room in the initial place.
