"I really admire your regular consumption of fruits."

Hi all

Could you please help me with this sentence?

"I really admire the fact that you eat fruit everyday." If I don't want to say "the fact that" but I want to keep the word "admire", could I rephrase it as "I really admire your regular consumption of fruits"? Does it sound natural?

Thank you.

Best regards
