Hi
I came across this sentence printed on a flyer: "I propose you", and I feel there's something off about it.
Should it be "I propose to you" or something else? Is this a sentence native speakers use? If so, please help me understand at least one such scenario.
Thank you

Maybe it was a typo. They forgot the "to".
