00Graduated as a licensee in fine art four years ago, my interest in the larger cultural sector originated in the need to expand my organizational skills. I noticed that I’m not only gifted with an artistic talent, but also with the ability to coordinate various projects. Strengthened by the advice of one of my professors I enrolled to study for a master in Cultural Management, which allowed me to implement my interest in economy and management in the fascinating domain of the cultural sector. What is so engaging to me is the process that integrates all the different aspects to study a collection and to make it accessible for the various interpretations of the visitors.02br

00When I moved to 01i00...XX...02i00 last summer I was excited to find a position at 01i00...XX...02i00, a small museum located in the house where 01i00...XX...02i00 was born almost 300 years ago. It was for me the excellent occasion to develop an extensive experience in museum administration and fundraising. Working in a small team, I specially improved my personal abilities to direct people and tasks to meet museum guidelines. For me, a logical next step in my career would be a position in a larger team, with more responsibilities and challenges in a position that would allow me to consolidate my knowledge and my previous work-experiences. 02br
