Which of these would be correct? "I made a cake for me and my boyfriend's anniversary" or "I made a cake for my boyfriend and I's anniversary?"

So "me and my boyfriend's anniversary" would not be correct either? Thank you very much for your reply.

It would not be correct. If you omit "my boyfriend's" from the sentence, you can see which pronoun belongs there.
I made a cake for I's anniversary.
I made a cake for me anniversary.
I made a cake for my anniversary.

This is what sounds most natural to me. You will hear the version with I, too, but neither would be appropriate in formal writing.

Somehow the system eliminated something I had included in my original response, which was something like the anniversary of me and my boyfriend/my boyfriend and me.
