I never buy sight unseen anything.

I never buy anything sight unseen.

Here "sight unseen" is an adverb that means "without seeing something first"
The grammar is bit strange to me. The adverb modifies the verb "buy". However, it seems to me that "sight unseen" has to be put after "anything".

Does the sentence below work?
I never buy sight unseen anything.
Thanks.
