Grammar

I need your suggestion.

Let's say I am an immigrant and I am really bad at english. I could barely really some words. Should I say?

I can't fill this form due to my poor English.

Or,

I can't fill this form due to the language barrier.

Which one would you use? Or do they mean the same thing?
